How to report 90 Days Online at the Bureau of Immigration?

So the 90-day reporting online website is finally back on track. For those who are first time in Thailand, you need to do a 90-day report to basically report your address in Thailand to the immigration office and failure to do so may result in some monetary fines. And for those who are still doing it by physically going to the immigration office, the good news is that you can do it online already…again..I was able to do my current 90 days reporting online just very recently. Based on my experience, this is what I did.

First, go to this LINK to open the Bureau of Immigration website. Once you’re on the website, agree to the terms and conditions and then click Accept.

Choose Notification of Staying in the Kingdom over 90 days.

Then, type your email and password. If this is your first time, click Apply to register.

And then fill in the information.

Once you’ve registered, they will send you an email saying that you have successfully registered and they will also provide you the password which you can use to log in to the system. Go to the website and choose New Application to report your 90-day. You will be asked to fill in your information again.

Once you fill in the information, they will email you again your application paper. Also, it will say that your application is pending. Just wait for one or two days until it is approved.

Once your 90-day report has been approved, they will email you again. Your 90-day report document was already attached to the email which you can download. Or you can go back to the website to check. You can also download the 90-day report through the website.

Print the document and keep it in your passport for future reference.

By the way, some say that you can only do online 90-day reporting 15 days before your actual 90 days report but I did mine even though I only have 8 days left and still was able to do the 90-day reporting online. But if you want to make sure to avoid the hassle of going to the Immigration Office apply for your 90-day report online before 15 days.

Also, based on my experience, if you are on a Non B visa you cannot apply 90-day report online during the first year of your visa in your current school. You can only apply 90-day report after you renewed your visa. I don’t know other people who hold a Non B visa if they were able to do so.

Just a reminder that this method is only for online reporting of your 90-day stay in Thailand. There are other methods like going personally to the Immigration Office or doing it by mail through the Post Office.
